The Pikuru platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

Pikuru is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information about courts and events will always be current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pikuru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by Pikuru's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Termination

Governing Law
